Admission as Lawyer & Tax Advisor
Our services focus on executing administrative work. Together with our business partners, we can also provide strategic tax planning and consulting in the context of international tax law and cross-border matters.
We are therefore not licensed in Malta as lawyers, tax advisors, or Company Service Providers (CSP). We also do not have professional liability insurance that would cover these areas.
However, we have an extensive network of like-minded tax advisors and lawyers in Malta. We have been working closely with many of them for years. We will involve these local professionals in mandates as needed or transfer the mandate to them. In this case, an independent mandate and contractual relationship will generally be established between the client and the professional, separate from us.
The same applies analogously to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, or other countries where you are resident or liable for tax.
Upon request, we are also happy to work with your existing lawyer or tax advisor on all mandates.
